To Place an Order:

Request the item you are interested in (indicate item number if applicalble). Give your name and phone number.
Request the day you want the order to arrive. All orders must be shipped within one week of placing the order.
We accept all major credit cards - Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Your card will be processed during the order.
E-mail your name, address and e-mail address and requested item to ultimateaqua@att.net. (This is to prevent any errors in shipping).
Shipping:
- Livestock will be shipped by UPS Next Day Air and will arrive the next day by 10:30 AM.
- Next Day Air shipping charges will be quoted when you call and includes all box fees, heat packs, handling, etc.
- Weather related delays, mechanical failures, etc., which result in livestock loss will not be covered by warranty.
When Your Order Arrives:
- We strongly recommend that someone is present when the order arrives to prevent undo exposure to the elements.
- Customer must sign for the order on the first delivery attempt. If a delivery is refused for any reason, warranty is voided.
- Inspect the shipping container for any undo damage. Open the container in subdued light and inspect the general condition of the fish/coral.
- Please take the temperature of the water in the bag before beginning acclimation.
- Please follow carefully the enclosed "Acclimation Guide."
Required Water Quality Parameters:
- Temperature = 76 - 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
- pH = 8.0 - 8.4
- Specific Gravity - Fish = 1.020 - 1.026 / Corals 1.023 - 1.026
- Ammonia = 0 mg/L
- Nitrite = 0 mg/L
- Nitrate = less than 20 mg/L as nitrate ion
- Phosphate = less than 0.2 mg/L (Corals only)
- Alkalinity = 3.0 - 4.5 meq/L (8.4 - 12.6 dKH) (Corals Only)
- Calcium = 400 - 450mg/L (Corals only)
Guarantee / Policies:
- The Ultimate Aquarium will guarantee that your fish/coral will arrive alive and in good condition.
- If your fish/coral arrives DOA, you must report the loss within 2 hours (telephone or e-mail) of delivery as posted by UPS.
- A digital photograph must be submitted for a covered livestock loss.
- Freeze the fish/coral in a plastic bag (no water). You may be asked to return it.
Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the livestock lost upon approval. Only one replacement per order.
- We will not issue refunds or credits for shipping costs.
